How long will my order take? Your order will be processed straight away and customisation will begin once payment has cleared and your controller has been received.
How will my order be returned to me? Your order will be returned safely to you in 2nd Class post to your preferred address.
How can I pay securely? As of March 2018 you will be able to pay for your order securely through Paypal however any order before March 2018 will have to be paid in cash which is placed into the box that you will send your controller to us in. If you do not include your money with your controller it will be returned to you.
How can I make an enquiry of a product or repair? You can contact us via our email which is [email protected] or you can direct message us on our Instagram page and we will respond as soon as possible.
How is my order put in place? If you want to discuss your order or place an order please either email us or direct message us on Instagram.
How long will the process take? You will receive your controller back as soon as we post it back. Depending on whether your order is a customisation or repair we may have your controller for a maximum of 2 and half weeks.
